The 2025 CFL season is the 67th in league history. The regular season began on June 5, 2025, and will conclude on October 25. The CFL playoffs begin on November 1, culminating with the championship game, which is also known as the Grey Cup. The CFL is divided into the East Division, which has four teams, and the West Division, which has five teams. Six of the CFL’s nine teams qualify for the playoffs. The winners of both the East and West divisions receive a bye to the semifinals. The second and third-place teams in both divisions also qualify for the playoffs. However, if the fourth-place team in one division has a better record than the third-place team in the other division, the fourth-place team will take the place of the other division’s third-place team.
