• First pre-race, single bet on any horse in selected races in the win market.

• First bet, per customer, per household.

• If a customer’s first bet is on a scratched runner, the promotion will instead apply to their next eligible bet

• Where multiple bets are placed at the same time, the first bet will be determined by earliest betid.

• Bets must be placed before the scheduled time on Stake.com.

• Minimum Stake: $5 USD.

• Maximum Refund: $100 USD.

• Refund will be credited if your horse finishes 2nd to 5th.

• Please allow up to 96 hours for refund to be processed and credited.

• Stake reserves the right to disqualify any user due to promotion or account abuse, which may also result in a permanent ban.

• Any user deemed to have a conflict of interest such as a professional association with Stake will also be disqualified.
