The ATP 1000 Paris Masters will kick off this year on October 25 and run through to November 2. Qualification is yet to be completed - the first round of matches will be qualifiers - so all dates and player appearances are subject to change, but below are some key dates to look out for.

Sunday, November 2: Finals (All Disciplines)
The draw is yet to be made, so it isn’t certain exactly when the world’s best will take to the pitch, but the top players in the ATP rankings will all be seeded for the tournament, including Sinner and Alcaraz, as well as reigning champion Alexander Zverev and 2020 winner Daniil Medvedev.
Once the tournament is underway and the qualifying rounds are complete, a full list of the players taking part in the knockout tournament will be available.

Carlos Alcaraz
The young Spaniard is his nation’s new superstar. Following in the footsteps of Rafael Nadal, one of the finest players to play the game. Having claimed the French and US Opens this year, he will be buoyant, especially given that he beat his rival for the world no.1 spot - who features next in our list - in the finals of both.
Jannik Sinner
Sinner is the only player seemingly on Alcaraz’s level at the moment. He featured in the final of every single one of the Grand Slams this year, winning Wimbledon and the Australian Open. Neither he nor his Spanish rival has ever won the Paris Masters, so a maiden title will certainly cap off a phenomenal year.
Novak Djokovic
Not only is Djokovic the most successful tennis player in history, trailed by both Nadal and Roger Federer - both superstars in their own right - but he is also the most successful in the history of the Paris Masters with seven. He is also the only player to defend the title, meaning you can never rule the Serb out, even as he begins to age out of being competitive on the ATP Tour.
